Four questions that decide it in about a minute
Riding two up, most days?
Then seat comfort and storage matter more than anything else, and you want an Activa or a Suzuki Access. Both have a long flat seat and suspension set up for a pillion and a bag.
How recently have you ridden?
If the honest answer is a while ago, take something light. A Honda Dio on a holiday is a kinder machine to get reacquainted on than anything sharper.
Long coastal runs?
If you are covering real distance between north and south rather than hopping between shacks, the TVS Ntorq 125 and the Aprilia SR 125 hold a speed more comfortably and overtake without planning.
Is the photograph the point?
Then the Vespa VXL 125 is the one, and everyone knows it. It rides differently from the rest of the shelf, so take it for what it is rather than expecting a Japanese commuter.
